Executive Director The Upper Gwynedd – Towamencin Municipal Authority is seeking a qualified individual for a part time Executive Director at its wastewater facility. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, public administration, or business administration and at least ten years of management experience with a wastewater authority. The Executive Director reports directly to a six member Board. Excellent fringe benefit package including health insurance, sick time, and vacation.
