The Mount Holly Springs Borough is requesting proposals from qualified entities to provide water and sewage operation services to Mount Holly Springs Borough Authority, which maintains a water distribution system and a wastewater treatment system for it's customers in Mount Holly Springs and portions of surrounding townships, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. MHSBA is seeking to have services provided beginning in 2012. For a list of services requested, and proposal requirements, contact James Weary at (717) 486-7460. Proposals should be received no later than Feb. 14, 2011, at the Borough Office, 200 Harman St., Mount Holly Springs, Pa., 17065.

All proposals shall be sealed and marked "MHSBA OPERATIONS PROPOSAL."
