PRWA Annual Conference Booth Policy:
Here are the guidelines for obtaining a booth at our Annual Conference
PRWA allows their conference exhibitors the opportunity to repeat their current booth location from year to year. At the end of the conference each exhibitor is given a form to fill out and sign to renew their current location.
Those repeat booth exhibitors are then billed for their booth in September and must be paid in full by the beginning of November to guarantee their booth location. All PRWA Associate Members are notified of all available booth spaces via e-mail or fax on November 17th. Unfortunately, we had no available booths this year after accommodating our Repeat Booth and Non-Booth Reservations.
We do offer Members the ability to attend the conference as a Non-Booth exhibitor. The cost for a Non-Booth is the same as an 8’x 8’ booth ($1,095) and includes two attendees as well as all meals and events during Conference. These companies are then given first chance for a booth the following year and will be invoiced the same as our Repeat Booth Exhibitors. Non-Booth exhibitors are contacted in November and they have the ability to pick their booth location at that time.
