My name is Andrea Murrell and I am the PRWA 2013 Annual Conference coordinator. Thank you for your interest in the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association Conference. EXHIBITORS

Thank you for your interest in the 2013 PRWA Conference. Currently all booth spaces are sold out. If you are interested in having a presence at the show, please consider the following options:

Non-Booth Exhibitor Registration ($1195):

A Non-Booth Exhibitor Registration includes two attendees, and all meals, classes and events throughout the week. If you register prior to February 22, then your registration will also include a listing in the 2013 Conference Program. While the registration does NOT include an exhibiting space, your company will have the first opportunity to reserve a booth the following year after repeat reservations are accommodated. Exhibit Hall Sponsorship ($500):

In addition to a quarter page advertisement in the Conference Program, Exhibit Hall Sponsors are also recognized throughout the week of conference on large banners in the Exhibit Hall, and on beverage cups during Exhibit Hall receptions. Exhibit Hall Sponsors are also recognized and thanked in the Summer 2013 issue of the Keystone Tap Magazine.

Single Day Exhibitor Registration ($450 PRWA Members, $575 Non-Members):

A Single Day Exhibitor Registration includes the meals, classes, and events held on the day you are registering.

Vendors/Exhibitors may not register as “System Attendees.”
