System Membership, 1-150 Connections, Single System, Water OR Wastewater

System Membership annual dues for a systems with 1-150 connections with support for a single system, that is water OR wastewater.

System Membership shall consist of Water and Wastewater districts, Non-Profit Corporations, Public Trusts, Cooperative Associations, Municipalities, Local Government Authorities, and other similar organizations engaged in the distribution and/or development and treatment or water or collection and treatment of wastewater for the benefit of rural residents.  Only members 15,000 and under in population have voting rights.
