Assistant Wastewater Operator

The Northern Lebanon County Authority is seeking an

Assistant Wastewater Operator.

 The applicant must possess a Class C or greater PA DEP Wastewater Operators License.  Duties will include daily operations and maintenance of a 0.400 mgd activated sludge facility & collection system including 8 pump stations.  Applicant must have the ability to perform duties associated with operating a WWTP including sample collection, process control testing and data recording.  The successful candidate will also be actively involved in the Authority’s I/I abatement program. SBR operations experience is a plus.

 Other duties include but are not limited to semi-skilled and skilled technical and maintenance work, grounds maintenance, snow removal, preventative equipment maintenance and repair and physical labor.

Weekends, holidays and on call duties are required.
