CERTIFICATION EXAMS 2008

To Register for a PA DEP Operator Certification Exam
1. Complete the PRWA Registration (now closed).
2. Complete the PA DEP Registration below (now closed).
3. PRWA Annual Conference attendees must still complete both exam registration forms.
4. Fax or mail both forms to PRWA.
