Chris Shutt

Chris has been employed with PA Rural Water since 1992 and is now a Source Water Protection Specialist. Chris is a certified water and wastewater operator, as well as a Certified PaWARN First Responder. Over the last 20+ years, Chris has developed an expertise in distribution and collection systems with his work in line locating, leak detection, and smoke and camera work. Prior to joining PRWA, Chris was the operator manager of a system for 15 years.
