This course will enable systems to enact a cross-connection control program. In addition, the program participants will learn how to test and troubleshoot backflow prevention assemblies to ensure continued protection to their water supply. This course will involve extensive hands on live practice of many brands of backflow prevention assemblies using a differential pressure gauge.
Prerequisite: To obtain the ASSE Certification you must have been working as a plumber, sprinkler fitter, or other closely related field for at least 5 years.
Participants will need a laptop for evening work and studying for this course. Laptops will be provided for in-class use. If you require a paper copy of the materials, it can be provided at an additional cost of $150. All exams will be given by computer.Lunch on your own.

To successfully register for the class, payment must be submitted at the time of registration – no exceptions.
