Water Distribution Systems – Water Loss Control: Water loss in distributions systems is a costly problem experienced by all water providers. Water loss occurs at various points and levels of the distribution system. This course will investigate three practices that operators can implement to help reduce the amount of water loss in their system: leak detection, pressure management, and metering.

Servicing Control Valves: The purpose of this course is to show operators how to service existing control valves within a distribution system. Topics covered include a review basic hydraulic operations of control valves, operation and installation and common troubleshooting and repairs. Includes live demonstration of servicing techniques.
