The role of a water system is complex.  This course discusses the historical aspects and regulations which have evolved (and are still evolving) to ensure safe drinking water throughout America.  This course introduces the roles and responsibilities of those involved in the production of safe drinking water (including owners, managers, and operators).  This course address source water contamination and the need for protecting those sources.  Additionally, the course covers various aspects of water treatment.

Supplies, materials and lunch are included with registration.
