The participant will have the basic understanding of the OSHA standard for preventing or minimizing the consequences of catastrophic releases of toxic, reactive, flammable, or explosive chemicals into locations that could expose employees and others to serious hazards. The participant will review and have a basic understanding of Chlorine as pertains to water and wastewater operators. Participants will review and understand Chlorine safety for water treatment facilities.
