Poor distribution system operation and maintenance contributes significantly to poor water quality conditions at the customer tap.  Operators need to know both past and current components, proper maintenance, common problems and current procedures for replacement.  This course will review current state of existing distribution systems, the latest procedures for new line installation and maintenance programs and procedures for major components.
