Why are systems responsible for collecting water samples?  What samples should systems collect?  How do systems collect samples?  How do systems ensure sample accuracy?  When is it necessary for a system to notify the public?  This course will review the regulatory framework as to why samples are collected in addition to proper sampling, reporting and record keeping. EPA Method 334.0, the quality control protocol for chlorine residual monitoring will be addressed.
