NTNC Membership joins Non-Transient Non-Community water systems into the Rural Water community with full and informational support membership options.
Non-Transient Non-Community (NT/NC) Membership is available to any public water supplier categorized at NT/NC. NT/NC Members are non-voting and ineligible to hold a position on the Board of Directors or as an officer of Pennsylvania Rural Water Association.
The PRWA NT/NC Information Support Membership benefits include:
- Special regulatory updates.
- A voice in Harrisburg addressing your concerns.
- Discounted Operator Certification training and conference.
- The “Keystone Tap” Magazine.
- Notification of training sessions in your area.
- Telephone technical support.
The PRWA NT/NC Full Technical Support Membership benefits include:
- On-site technical assistance from our registered circuit riders.
- Use of technical equipment.
- Special regulatory updates.
- A voice in Harrisburg addressing your concerns.
