HELP WANTED

 

The Borough of Huntingdon is seeking applications for the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator.  Minimum qualifications are:

 

  • Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator’s License – Minimum Class “C”.  Must be able to obtain subclasses 2 & 4 within 18 months.

neptune meter heads for sale

Central Wayne Regional Authority will be accepting bids on a 2000 O’Brien Jetter-Trailer.  The sealed bids will be received by the Central Wayne Regional Authority, 574 Bucks Cove Road, Honesdale, PA, 18431, until 12:00 PM on May 21, 2012.  The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regularly scheduled Authority meeting which will be held at 6:00 PM on May 21, 2012, at the Authority Office.

Wastewater Operator

The Northern Lebanon County Authority is expanding its' workforce and is seeking an additional Wastewater Operator.  The applicant must possess a Class C or greater PA DEP Wastewater Operator License.  Duties will include daily operations and maintenance of a 0.4 MGD activated sludge facility, and collection system including 7 pumping stations.  Applicant will also be actively involved in the Authority's I/I abatement program.  The Authority is proposing to expand and convert treatment plant to a 0.750 mgd SBR in the future so experience in SBR operations is a plus.

DR/2500 Spectrophotometer

We have for sale a DR/2500 HACH Spectrophotometer that we purchase is 2004 brand new from HACH.  We upgraded to a newer spectrophotometer but the one that we are selling is like brand new and still works fine. Please contact us if you have any questions on this instrument.
