Ardean Latchford

Ardean has been employed with PA Rural Water since 2026 and is currently a Water Technician. He holds a PA DEP Class AE (subclasses 1 through 14) Water License since 2002. Ardean understand water system operation and management having worked at Tyrone Borough from 1993 through 2025, first as Water Plant Operator and then as Water Department Superintendent. Ardean was the Borough Manager / Executive Director of Tyrone Water / Sewer Authority since 2017. And Ardean was responsible for the Water, Wastewater, Highway, and Police Departments at Tyrone. Ardean studied Criminology at Mount Aloysius College.
