Bradley Baldacci

Bradley has been employed with PA Rural Water since 2026 as a Source Water Protection Specialist. Most of his time has been spent in the water industry starting out as a Lab Analyst with SPL then traversing into Water Operations for SCMA. He maintains a class B water license subclass 1, 2, 7, 11, 12. Prior to joining the workforce, Bradley received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Soil and Water Sciences with an emphasis in Reclamation at West Virginia University. His work in the lab sector was focused on Microbiological Analysis. Bradley was born in Joliet, Illinois, moving to Pennsylvania at the age of eleven where he fell in love with the natural beauty of the Appalachian Mountains. Bradley brings a desire to learn in the industry to better understand water security problems, work to mitigate possible risks to public health, and improve environmental protection tactics across Pennsylvania. “The lack of power to take joy in outdoor nature is as real a misfortune as the lack of power to take joy in books” -Theodore Roosevelt.
