Dale Skinner

Dale Skinner retired after a distinguished 27-year career in the water and wastewater industry. He began his career at the Hershey Water Treatment Plant and advanced into a specialized maintenance role, where he performed testing and diagnostics on pumps, electrical systems, and other critical equipment. Dale holds certifications in infrared thermography, vibration analysis, wire-to-water efficiency, and oil analysis. Later in his career, he helped develop and deliver employee safety training programs, including Arc Flash and Electrical Hazards. In retirement, Dale remains passionate about sharing his knowledge and promoting safe work practices throughout the water and wastewater industry.
