Stanley has been employed with PA Rural Water since 2026 and is a Water Technician. Previously Stanley worked at Dover Township located in York County PA, as the Utilities Superintendent as both a Water and Wastewater Operator. Stanley has 10 years of experience in the water industry with a Pennsylvania Water Class E License, Wastewater Class B & E License with Subclass 9 & 12, National Stormwater Inspector certification, residential Plumbing Inspection certification, and a CDL.
