Your water or wastewater system is experiencing a serious emergency incident. Various state and local agencies are being called in to assist. They want to know who is your system’s Incident Commander or who is the Logistics Section Chief? If your answer is “Say, what?” you need to attend this interactive course, which provides an overview of the Incident Command System followed by a mock drill (tabletop exercise) of a major flooding incident. Lots of real-life PA water/wastewater emergencies will be discussed.
