The Borough of Cornwall, located in Lebanon County, PA seeks an experienced Assistant Borough Manager to serve a historic, growing community of 4,600 residents.

The Assistant Borough Manager is a key leadership position that provides direct support to the Borough Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Borough, with a main focus on overseeing the water and sewer department. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

The Borough is financially stable and has a General Fund budget of $3.57M with 17 full-time employees. The Borough seeks candidates that possess these essential skills and have some municipal experience, with prior municipal management experience preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate budgeting and personnel management abilities.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a municipal government field. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
