RFP Invite for Engineering Services

The Manheim Area Water & Sewer Authority, a Pennsylvania municipal authority, invites proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering services for a new water treatment plant serving the Authority’s public water system. This procurement is for professional engineering services. The Authority intends to select the proposal it determines to be most advantageous to the Authority, considering qualifications, experience, technical approach, responsiveness, interviews, fee and other factors set forth in this RFP.
