Working Safely with Asbestos Cement / Transite Pipe

This class will review various types of asbestos pipe, uses & applications and how to safely remove asbestos cement pipes. The course includes hands on demonstrations of tools and PPE used in asbestos pipe removal. Students will learn the applicable state and federal regulations for removing asbestos pipe, as well as health effects of asbestos exposure.
