With over twenty-five years of experience in the operations field, Helwig's Operations, Inc. was formed to provide operational support services to existing water and wastewater treatment facilities, including on-lot septic systems. We currently concentrate our support services to facilities in Central Pennsylvania; however, we can provide on-site operational training and troubleshooting services throughout Pennsylvania. We maintain PADEP certified water and wastewater operator’s certificates and sewage enforcement officer (SEO) certificates. Our support services are provided to private, municipal, government, and industrial facilities; working with their owners, managers and staff as needs occur. The main services we provide to clients are: • Wastewater Treatment Operations - Primary or backup operator • Water Treatment Operations - Primary or back-up operator • Support Operations and Training - assist current operator as needs occur • Completion of State compliance forms, reports, and logbooks • Troubleshoot operations, correct or eliminate violations • Perform routine repairs and maintenance • Compliance sampling and monitoring • Special projects – Site Specific; provide biological enhancement of treatment systems In addition to operational support services, we are regional sales representatives for BioLynceus, llc microbiological products. These products are incorporated into the treatment processes to improve biological treatment and eliminate permit violations.
